Return and payment policy for good and services
EXCHANGE / RETURN & PAYMENT POLICY
I. AT TIME OF RECEIVING
Please check the product carefully before signing for delivery.
Customers have the right to refuse to receive goods and refuse to pay when the carrier (shipper) delivers the wrong product in the invoice or discovers that the product is defective.
Complaints related to the order will not be considered and resolved after the Customer has agreed to receive the goods.
II. AFTER RECEIVING THE GOODS
When the product is found to be damaged, please stop using it; Retain products, save product photos and documents to be considered for product related settlement.
Time to receive product feedback:
Within 02 hours for product groups from the time of receipt of goods.
Please note that Crumbs Bakery reserves the right to review and reject unsuitable exchange requests.
Once the Customer and Crumbs Bakery have agreed on an exchange method, the Customer has the right to exchange for a product of equal value. In case of changing to a product of higher value, the Customer is required to pay the difference.
III. SOME SPECIAL NOTES
This policy only applies when Customers order online at Website/App Crumbs Bakery.
Crumbs Bakery does not apply a return policy in case the Customer has not properly stored the products and let the products expire.
Crumbs Bakery does not apply a refund policy, but only exchanges replacement products of the same type or other products of equivalent value.
Special items have terms and conditions of return that differ from this policy as indicated by Crumbs Bakery on the purchase invoice.
